This Adventure Series Mug, Peacemaker, is the first in a series of four durable hiking & camping mugs, that depict Sacajawea and the men of the Lewis & Clark Expedition.
Their adventure was a journey of a lifetime, especially for a 16-year-old girl, Sacajawea. She was invaluable to the Corps of Discovery. Her most powerful contributions were her knowledge of the area and her presence that created an atmosphere for Peace.
Sacajawea wore the vermillion paint of her Shoshoni People across her forehead, which said she and all the men with her came in Peace. This alone, most likely, saved their lives.
This concept artwork is from the film production of Sacajawea, The Windcatcher, and created by noted artist, Marcia K. Moore.
